E. Private Newsletter
The private newsletter provides access to content and website components that are marked as “restricted access”. This user is obliged to ensure that he/she gains access and uses the restricted access content by successfully subscribing to our private newsletter and obtaining the appropriate authorization and authentication credentials.
To subscribe to the private newsletter, the user must first fill an expression of interest (EoI) form and pay a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings (KES) 15,000 via MPESA to +254727105673, or pay an equivalent amount via PayPal to mail@kagirison.org.
In the expression of interest (EoI) form, the potential subscriber must provide his/her mobile phone number which should also be the number used to pay through MPESA. This ensures that the name in the MPESA message is the same as the name provided in the EoI form. Failure to provide one’s true names or phone number leads to automatic disqualification from joining our private newsletter with no option for refund or appeal.
Following the submission of the expression of interest (EoI) form, a mandatory vetting is done to confirm the identity of the potential subscriber, as well as his/her intended use of the restricted access content and probability of him/her adhering with the terms in this Agreement.
During vetting, the potential subscriber (“applicant”) will be asked to provide some information and failure to provide the requested information within 72 hours results in automatic disqualification (of the applicant) from joining our private newsletter with no option for refund or appeal.
The applicant is disqualified if it is assessed that he/she has a low probability of adhering with the terms in this Agreement.
After vetting, the potential subscriber is contacted via the email and/or phone number that he/she provided in the expression of interest form, and is thereby informed if he/she has been accepted or rejected to access the private newsletter.
If accepted to access our private newsletter, the applicant is notified of how much he/she will be charged for this access, and the charge can be per article, or for full access to the entire restricted access contents of this website. Kagirison.org reserves the right to determine how much the subscriber is charged, and can change or modify the charges. A notice is made 14 days before any changes made on the charge(s) takes effect.
A subscriber of the private newsletter is any person or entity who has been accepted to access this newsletter and has made the appropriate payments. Private subscription refers to the access that this subscriber has to the private newsletter, its contents, and related components of the website.
Anyone with private subscription is expressly prohibited from sharing the provided restricted-access content. Violation of this prohibition will result in termination of the implicated private subscription account with no option for refund or appeal.
The use of restricted-access contents is solely at the sole risk of the subscriber, and Kagirison.org and its authors and owners will remain error-free and do not make any warranty as to the completeness and accuracy of any restricted-access content.
Kagirison.org reserves the right to terminate the private subscription of any subscriber who is found to have violated the terms of this Agreement.
